I started reading this from the library but then I had to give it back so I ended up reading the rest while I made several trips to the book store. The last 100 or so pages I pretty much skimmed it to find out what happened.. Things go down and it was so sad to read :( but then a friend told me that Victoria Scott doesn't have the third book for this series so I don't even know how it will end. Here's hoping she gets a book deal for the last book or at least self-publish. How are we able to know

4.5 stars PHEW these books are quite the wild ride!!!! So action packed, very real and raw with the violence/action, lots of emotion. Idk man, I just really love this series. Tella is such a great MC; I mean, she's really quite the girly-girl (not in a demeaning way, she's very girly and she's proud dammit) and she's funny but she's the lead in this violent, action series. It's so different for a character like her to be the lead in a survival story like this. She's an incredibly refreshing
