It is hard to give this book higher than 3 stars when I didnt care for the heroine. I tried really hard to like Wyld and just couldnt do it. I found her annoying and kind of a mess. I adored Jamie though.I do want to find out what happens next in their journey. I voluntarily reviewed this book.

I didn't realize going in that this was part 1 of a duet, so obviously it ends in a cliffhanger. I don't read books when I know going in that they're going to be a cliffhanger. The writing itself wasn't bad, and flowed fairly well. I wasn't a fan of Wyld for most of the story. She was rude to Jamie, even though he was never anything but nice to her. I understand that she had issues from her childhood, but that doesn't mean you have to take them out on everyone else. I liked Jamie, I thought he

This is my first book by Colet Abedi and it definitely won't be my last. I really enjoyed this story, was well written, fun and very sexy. Loved the characters, especially Jamie, he just oozes sex and lust. He's definitely one to get the heart pounding. Finished this book within a few hours and after that cliffhanger, am needing the second part. I just have to know what happens next.
