Relation During Books Blind Spot (Chesapeake Valor #3)
FBI agent Declan Grey is in the chase of his life—but isn't sure exactly what he's chasing after. Threatened by a terrorist that "the wrath is coming," Grey fears something horrible is about to be unleashed on American soil. When his investigation leads him to a closed immigrant community, he turns to Tanner Shaw to help him. She's sought justice for refugees and the hurting around the world, and if there's anyone who can help him, it's Tanner.Tanner Shaw has joined the FBI as a crisis counselor . . . meaning she now has more opportunity to butt heads with Declan. But that tension also includes a spark she can't deny, and she's pretty sure Declan feels the same. But before anything can develop between them, they discover evidence of a terror cell—and soon are in a race against the clock to stop the coming "wrath" that could cost thousands their lives.

Pettrey's third Chesapeake Valor novel is a major thrill ride with some fascinating twists. There are two plots here one continuing from previous novels and one that wraps up within the tale. The romance is sweet and beautifully developed, and the action is basically non-stop. The interaction between Declan and Tanner is heartwarming and believable, and the puzzles they solve will appeal to mystery lovers everywhere.Special agent Declan Grey knows that something is brewing with terroristYeah, so I finished this book at 2 am, my husband was out of town, and I had to fall asleep with the lamp on! Talk about intense! This is one of those can't-put-it-down books, where the pace is quick and the characters don't seem to stop for one second. Well, they do stop for some good kissing, but that's another kind of intense ;) There are two cases being worked by the team of friends, and by now we've gotten to know Griffin and Finley from Cold Shot, and Parker and Avery from Still Life. I've
Blind Spot was a thrilling read with suspense and romance. Dani Pettrey's books are automatically on my must-read list (because she knows how to write stories that are SO good and hold my attention), so I wasn't surprised that I really enjoyed this story.I loved getting to know the main characters in Blind Spot, Declan and Tanner, a little better. I thought their romance was cute and believable. They knew each other for a while, so I didn't feel it was rushed. A character that really intrigued

Blind Spot in an action packed book that will keep you guessing until the end. I was immediately pulled into the story and I had trouble putting it down! I completely fell in love with this group of friends. Their friendship was just so real. All of them are willing to do anything for each other and it was just so sweet. There was not one but two cases to solve in this book, which made it that much better. Though I thought that both cases were great, I probably liked the case that Griffin worked
Warning: do not start reading this book unless you have a good few hours spare, because you are not going to want to put this one down! Non-stop action, heart-pounding romance, strong friendship, numerous high-stakes criminal investigations, high-speed motorcycle chases through traffic with bullets flying - this book has everything to keep readers madly flipping pages.Declan Grey, FBI agent, knows in his gut that there is more to be uncovered about the boat he caught smuggling drugs and humans
When I go to write a review, I always try to first ask myself, "What did I love about this book?"So. What did I love about this book? Ehm... everything? Let me think about it. Yep! Pretty much everything. Except for that cliffhanger ending. Gosh, those just kill me sometimes! I mean..... Why? Why do authors like to torture us like this? Why do they end a book like this only to turn around and make us wait for months to get our hands on the next book?! Yeah, yeah... I know it builds up excitement
I received a copy of this title via NetGalley. It does not impact my review.Im a fan of Dani Pettrey and have really enjoyed the Chesapeake Valor series. Im disappointed to say that this installment, while still a good read, did not live up to my expectations. It took me a really long time to get into the story. In the previous book, Still Life, there is a subplot with Declan and a potential terrorist attack that I didnt really like. That subplot becomes the main focus of this book, along with
